The current market situation for shopping centers in Switzerland does not look particularly rosy. There are increasing vacancies and the properties that have already been counted are on the verge of extinction. In some cases, the market situation was underestimated and construction was continued without any sustained examination.
What about a half or even completely empty shopping center? As a first step, we try to give you an overview and correctly assess the market situation. In a second step, we try to activate new and perhaps already requested target audiences. At the same time as these steps are the analysis and optimization of the processes and costs for the management, as well as house maintenance (FM).
